Con las candidaturas ya anunciadas, todo parece indicar que El poder del perro parte como favorita en los rubros principales (película, dirección, para la neozelandesa Jane Campion) y que Duna, de Denis Villeneuve, se quedará con muchas estatuillas en los denominados rubros técnicos.
