Incluye colaboraciones con Bad Bunny, Tame Impala, Beck, Thundercat, Stevie Nicks, Tame Impala, Bootie Brown y Adeleye Omotayo.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de una larga espera, hoy llega el nuevo trabajo de Gorillaz, Cracker Island. El grupo empez\u00f3 a trabajar en este trabajo en el 2021. Seg\u00fan su l\u00edder, fue terminado en mayo del 2022. El \u00e1lbum fue grabado en Londres y Los \u00c1ngeles fue producido por el compositor y multiinstrumentista estadounidense Greg Kurstin, Remi Kabaka Jr. y Albarn. Cracker Island sucede a un EP de 2021, Meanwhile, a la colecci\u00f3n de 2020, Song Machine: Season One \u2013 Strange Timez, y al \u00e1lbum The Now Now, de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>El disco incluye participaciones como la del bajista y productor Thundercat -en la canci\u00f3n hom\u00f3nima que da inicio al LP-, Bad Bunny, Stevie Nicks, Beck y Adeleye Omotayo. \u00abTormenta\u00bb, junto al puertorrique\u00f1o, fue la primera canci\u00f3n completa del \u00e1lbum. Originalmente, iba a ser el single principal de la segunda temporada de Song Machine. \u00abNew Gold\u00bb, con Tame Impala, estuvo en producci\u00f3n desde 2020, y originalmente tambi\u00e9n iba a formar parte de Song Machine.
